About EHRcorp

Electronic Health Records Corp. (EHRcorp), a privately held company incorporated in Delaware in March, 2006, is headquartered in Massachusetts.

Its founder and president, Craig Bolon, is an MIT physics graduate with 14 years research experience followed by more than 28 years business experience, including product design and marketing for software products, biomedical instrument products and manufacturing. Working with a core group of physicians, the company’s founding goal has been to provide full service, high productivity electronic health records at affordable prices.

Craig Bolon founded two previous, successful companies and has headed product development teams at both large and small companies, including divisions of Exxon, Schlumberger and Polaroid. He is the author of a book on software and an author of several trade and technical publications. He holds three software patents and is sole inventor on patents pending, to be assigned to EHRcorp.

A majority of EHRcorp stockholders are physicians. EHRcorp advisors and designers include physicians practicing internal medicine, cardiology and other specialties. These physicians have specified many of the productivity features of CogniChart® and most standard CogniChart templates. CogniChart has been in steady, full-service use by their medical practices, beginning in spring, 2007.
